PLEASE NOTE:
- Affordable Pet Care at Four Corners is a wellness and minor medical pet care facility. If we are not able to give your pet the needed care we may refer you to a general practitioner or emergency care facility.
- If you do not see the reason for your visit below, please call and we can direct you further.
- ALL visits will incur a medical exam fee of $38
- Payment is requested when services are rendered.
- Please ensure your pet is on a leash (dogs) or is in a carrier (cats) when arriving for your pet’s appointment.
- Please note, we require updated rabies vaccination records at your time of appointment, or for your pet to receive a booster on site.
- Late Appointment Policy – To ensure we provide you with the time you deserve, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Please be aware if you arrive 10 minutes beyond your scheduled appointment time, you will need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- Cancellation/No Show Policy – If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Clients will be charged a $25.00 fee for failure to show or cancel their visit in a timely manner. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely veterinary care.
Please do not bring pets for emergencies.
