We’re your go-to spot for wag-worthy wellness visits and mild medical needs. While we love helping with vaccines, sniffles, and itchy spots, we’re not equipped for major boo-boos or pet emergencies. If your furry friend needs more than we can offer, we may refer you to a full-service vet or an emergency care facility—because they’ve got the superhero gear!
- What We Do (and What We Don’t):
If you’re unsure whether your pet’s issue fits our care style, just give us a ring before heading in! We’ll gladly help guide you in the right direction. - Fees & Furry Finances:
All visits include a $43 medical exam fee (even if your pet insists they’re fine). Payment is due when services are rendered—no IOUs, but we do accept smiles and credit cards. - Pet Parade Rules:
Please arrive with your pet safely leashed (dogs) or stylishly crated (cats). Bonus points for fashion-forward carriers. - Rabies Ready:
We require up-to-date rabies records at the time of your appointment. No records? No problem—we’ll just give your pet a booster during their visit! - Running Late?
If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time, we may need to reschedule to make sure all pets get the care they deserve. No hard feelings—just punctual vibes. - Canceling? Let Us Know!
Life happens—we get it! But if you need to cancel, please give us a call at least 24 hours in advance. A $25 no-show or late cancellation fee applies so we can keep our schedule running smoothly and help other furry patients get in.
